Feelings of love pumped through Dianne's veins. It was her special day.
She had been waiting over a year for this to happen- that was how long they had been engaged. They didn't have enough money until the offer to move into the beach house.
Bill walked over to Dianne.
"I can't believe this is finally happening... you look beautiful." he said as he held out his hand for her to take so they could go more towards the ocean.
Hayley sneered as she looked towards the sickening display of affection between her brother and Dianne.
Normally this would warm her heart, but considering the fact that her long time boyfriend Allen had not proposed, she was disgusted.
As they wrapped their arms around each other sharing their first kiss as husband and wife, Hayley knew she had to do something to ruin it.
She leaned forward to gossip into Peter's ear.
"Did you hear that Bill is cheating on Dianne?"
"Um, no. They actually aren't Dianne." Peter responded.
Meanwhile, Allen had to miss the wedding because he had gotten an important reconnassaince report from his base out on the coast of SimCity.
The light from the computer reflected off Allen's glasses as he read the dissappointing news.
They had to send out some troops to the island to defend it.
He then heard the familiar sound of his cellphone ringing. He nervously picked it up.
It was his officer. They needed him.
Allen raced out to the back of the house to tell his girlfriend before he had to leave.
The sat awkwardly as Allen tried to find the words to announce the news.
Hayley looked out the window. She knew something was wrong.
She reached over and put her arm around Allen.
This always seemed to comfort him.
"So out with it," Hayley commanded.
But just then, his phone rang for the second time that night. It was a text from his driver saying it was time to go.
"You have to go, don't you." She said solomnly.
"I'm sorry," he said looking downwards.
Hayley brought him closer to her.
"I'm okay with you leaving, since it's only for a week. But this wedding is what has really brought me down," Hayley sighed.
"How about this," Allen smiled, "When I get back, we pick out a ring."
"I think I just might hold you to that." She grinned back.
But on the inside, Hayley knew something was off.
Interesting start :). I'm not really a "soap" person for regular TV but Sims bring an interesting twist to it hehe

Just found this on the TS3 forums. Intriguing start. Wonder why Hayley's feeling a little suspicious of Allen.
